Competitors shoot at targets not live turkeys. Events include .22 rifle at a mechanical silhouette target; a shotgun “card shoot”; clay pigeon (skeet); and hunting rifle 100-yard bench rest and offhand. We'll also hold hand gun events if there are enough competitors. The entry fee is $2 per event, or $3 for two. Prizes include frozen turkeys, hams, chickens, and pork roasts. The snack shack by the rifle range offers coffee, soda, donuts, hot dogs and burgers for nominal charges.
